  • Check-In: 4pm - There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all your payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we will resend it a week before your stay.
  • Check-Out: 10am
  • Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.

  • Self check-in/check-out is available (no check-in office; you go straight to the cabin).
  • Once all your payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we will resend it a week before your stay.

  • Upon your departure, if we find evidence that the cabin has fleas or there is damage or additional deep cleaning required due to your pet, you will be charged for all repairs and/or additional cleaning needed.
  • Please bring your own sheets/blankets to cover the areas your pet lays or sleeps on, or an additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time needed due to dog hair and odor left behind.

  • Free parking is available. The cabin is accessible by vehicle; the road is slightly steep and leads to a gravel driveway with level parking for two cars.

  • Vacay Protection: Cancellation Guarantee: Allows you to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 7 days prior to check-in and receive a full refund (minus the Vacay Protection fee).
  • Inclement Weather: Some weather conditions can prevent or delay travel; in such cases, we will work with you to cancel or move your dates.
  • Damage Coverage: Covers up to $250 of unintentional accidents to the property (any damages that exceed the $250, intentional or unintentional, will be charged to the credit card on file).
